Stir Fry:
1 pound of ground beef
200 gr of green beans
1 red onion
1 table spoon of minced ated ginger
1 table spoon of minced garlic (dry garlic is also ok)
15-20 gr of Thai basil
1 spicy red pepper
Sauce:
50 g of oyster sauce
25 g of fish sauce
25 g of soy sauce
50 g or more, as needed
1 packet of beef bouillon
25 g of brown sugar
Trung's variation: you can use mushrooms instead of the red pepper
Prepare the rice
Chop the green beans (or defrost them)
Dice the onion in 0.5 inches cubes
Slice the spicy pepper in rounds
Cut the red pepper into strips
Sautee the beans in a frying pan, then set aside in a plate
Put some oil in the pan and add the ground beef. While cooking it, smoosh it with a spatula, until meat is crumbled down in pea size pieces. Cook for approximately 5 min
Add the chopped shallots and the spire red pepper, stir fry until translucent and half way cooked
Add garlic and ginger
Add the sauce
Add the green beans, red pepper and basil leaves
