160g water
262g bread flour
54g honey
1.5 tbsp powdered milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp active dry yeast
0.5 tsp salt
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1.5 tbsp sugar
1 tsp rum
1lb strawberry
3 kiwis
6 hours in advance, make bread according to bread machine. takes about 4hrs to bake, 2 hours to cool.
make whipped cream by combining cream, sugar, rum and whipping with a whisk until stiff peaks form
slice bread in 6 slices, remove crust of the pairs. eat crust immediately.
take 3 slices of bread and cover one side of each in whipped cream
slice kiwis and strawberries in half and place on bread, cover with whipped cream and the remaining slice of bread
wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and place in freezer for 30 minutes.
slice sandwiches through plastic wrap diagonally in half and open to display fruit
